Application Requirements: (prior to processing I-20)

  1. A completed Application form with $100 application fee
  2. I-20 $500 processing fee (non-refundable) or $200 transfer fee from another U.S. school.
  3. 2 letters of recommendation from previous school
  4. A letter of financial responsibility or financial statement from your bank (with a minimum of $25,000 USD)
  5. Temporary Guardianship Authorization
  6. Report cards from previous school (must be in English)
  7. $500 tuition deposit (refundable if F-1 Visa is not granted.)

Student must bring:

  1. Passport
  2. I-20 stamped from US Immigration
  3. ID of U.S. Guardian
  4. Evidence of a current physical exam
  5. Immunization record
  6. Transcript of grades in a sealed envelope marked “Official Transcript”

In addition to completing the above Application Requirements, it is recommended that foreign students (except students from Canada) take the TOEFL test to evaluate the English proficiency of the people whose native language is not English. A student should have a TOEFL test score of at least 400.

If a student does not have a TOEFL score of 400 or greater upon entrance, he/she is required to enroll in the ESL (English as a second language) class.  Cost for this class is $700 in addition to the tuition.
